San Francisco’s Police Department Homicide and Crime Scene Investigators are currently on the lookout for and armed individual believed to be involved in a double homicide. The event took place in on Thursday night, at around 7:44 pm, in a locale called La Mejor Taqueria.
Multiple law enforcement officers from San Francisco’s Homicide Department and the Crime Scene Investigators are trying to determine the motive behind the San Francisco Taqueria bloodbath. According to the facts established by the investigators, an unknown individual entered the taco locale situated at 2003 Story Road and opened fire on a group of individuals sitting on a table.
The investigators were not able to determine why the individual opened fire inside the taco locale or if he knew his victims. However, it would seem that the three men shot by the unknown assailant were close acquaintances.
According to the statements taken from eyewitnesses, on Thursday night, at around 7:44 pm, an individual entered the taqueria. He walked up to the table where the three men were sitting quietly and, without any warning, drew out his firearm and shot them. After that, he fled the locale before the employees could call the authorities.
The police department declared that the law enforcement officers arrived on the scene minutes after the call was placed. They found two Caucasian males lying on the ground, and a third one critically injured. Unfortunately, the two individuals lying on the ground were pronounced dead at the scene.
The third individual, who was critically injured, was rushed to the nearby emergency room to receive medical attention. According to San Francisco Police Department’s statements, the surgeons were able to stabilize the wounded individual, who is now recovering in the hospital.
The authorities refused to make public the names of those gunned down in the taco local double homicide case until they’ve informed their next of kin. In addition, they’ve also refrain from disclosing the name of the wounded person for security reasons.
At the moment, several law enforcement agencies are working together in order to establish the identity of the suspect involved in the double homicide.
